WOW!!!!!! The action just keeps on keeeps on! I keep trying and trying, but I can not figure out how all of the characters are connected. With each page I am hoping to draw a conclusion. We seem to be getting closer, but just don't really know.
Lisbeth Salander had a very exciting few days in there. I just kept wanting her to go to the police after her new guardian made her go down on him... and then that second time made me quesy. I am really glad that she got it on a video and seemed to hang it over his head, but I don't think she just should have left it like that. I feel like he is going to come back and wreak havoc.
Now onto what the main part of the story has been about.... Harriet. Blomvkist is getting closer, but the closer he gets, the more frustrated I get. I just wanna know. Who is she looking at in the picture? Do we think it could be Cecelia? Why would Cecelia want to hurt her? What had frightened Harriet on that fateful day?
Of course I think all of the characters revolve around Vanger or Wennerstrom... They seem to be key players in everything. The hardest people to pinpoint there actual involvement in the story is Salander and her boss. What are their roles in this whole story? What are you guys looking forward to finding out in the next couple of pages..... What are your thoughts on what I have said.... and what more are you thinking that I have typed?!?!?!Looking forward to more of the pages... Hoping we find out more about Harriet, and hoping nothing bad happens to Lisbeth.
Good night!
You're right! This keeps getting better and better and yet more questions keep coming up and no solutions yet. We know it all ties in but not getting too many clues. In each part, there is always a blurp like 13% of the women in Sweden have been subjected to aggravated sexual assault outside of a sexual relationship or 18% of the women in Sweden have at one time been threatened by a man. This makes me think that Harriet could very well have experienced some assault and more than likely by a family member. This explains why she changed in her personality towards the end. Love the way the author also lets us experience the harsh climate of Sweden. Blomkvist continues to develop and the experience of his jail time wasn't so bad. Cecilia does seem to be tied into this in some fashion but not sure yet how. Salazer is also a major player in all this but can't wait to see how it ties in except that she might be able to relate to Harriet because of the sexual abuses they have experienced. I'm supposing that Harriet has been. Love the way Salazer took control of the situation with her "supposed guardian." What a sleeze he is. She is a survivor. Also, the numbers that they found out from Harriet has to have some meaning. Can't wait to read more. This author keeps you interested and yet doesn't reveal too much quickly. It weaves slowly and meticulously. Am also taking a close look at Harriet's father. We'll see.
